We’re looking for a full-time Artist Relations Agent to join the Artist Relations team. The team is based in our Tel Aviv office. In this position, you’ll work closely with filmmakers, animators, and motion designers from all over the world, who contribute high-quality content to Artlist’s catalog. Artlist is known for its premium creative assets, and that’s all thanks to the artists we work with. The goal of this team is to keep our artists happy and inspired so they keep creating incredible content for and with us.

Wake up for this:

- Guide the musicians, filmmakers, animators, and motion designers along their onboarding journey — from the signing stage to the moment they go live on the site
- Ongoing management of artists
- Collecting and organizing artists’ materials
- Providing technical and legal assistance to artists
- Managing and controlling royalty payments
- Managing artists’ collateral and hub

REQUIREMENTS

- Native English speaker or native-level proficiency
- Exceptional writing skills (in English)
- Great communication skills
- Passionate about video creation and artist management
- Passionate about community building
- Customer support experience - advantage
- Filmmaking/video editing experience - advantage
- Experience using CRM systems - advantage
- Additional languages - advantage
- Team player
