We are looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to our product team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will work on creating effective, sales-driving content for our AI-driven ad and email products. You will be responsible for ideating and implementing new content for search social and display ads and automated email marketing campaigns that will help Fullpath’s clients drive success. You will collaborate closely with our product managers, analysts, and designers, to develop innovative, impactful copy and content.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Jerusalem office and reports to the Director of Product Performance.

What you will be responsible for:

- Craft creative and effective ad copy for a variety of ad platforms with a central focus on Google and Facebook ads to drive desired user action;
- Create engaging and compelling email content that resonates with our target audience, including engaging copy, recommendations for visuals, and calls to action;
- Review and analyze existing ad and email content to identify areas for improvement;
- Research and develop new ad and email concepts for a variety of campaigns, ensuring relevance and effectiveness across different contexts;
- Analyze performance metrics, such as CTR, CVR, open rates, and engagement rates to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.

The top candidate will also have:

- SEO and keyword experience
- Experience working with ChatGPT/ Gemini/ other Gen AI tools
- Experience working with Jira

REQUIREMENTS

To be Digital Marketing Specialist at Fullpath you need to have:

- Native English
- 3+ years of professional experience in writing marketing emails and Facebook/Google ads for B2B SaaS companies.
- Superb copywriting and editing skills
- Expert knowledge of Google/Facebook Ads platforms, including guidelines, restrictions, and best practices.
- Proven understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, CAN-SPAM compliance.
- An analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated through writing samples or a portfolio (to be submitted with CV).
