Business Operations Manager

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing Monetization department, that works at the core of Moon Active’s business, optimizing our game experience and driving revenue.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Monetization, Product Management, R&D, Technical Operations, Art and other teams to ensure the successful characterization, launch and implementations of key initiatives and processes in the department.
- Manage the scope and schedule the resources towards key initiatives.
- Ensure status, risks and open issues are tracked and addressed.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of experience as Business Operations/Project Manager in high-tech.
- Proven experience in leading End-to-End crossed teams projects.
- Proven experience in planning complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solver with the ability to articulate program issues and drive to resolution.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
