Description
monday.com is seeking a Business Operation Manager with a product management mindset to join our dynamic Business Operations team.
As a Business Operations Manager at monday.com, you will be instrumental in driving the success of all departments under the CRO. Your role will focus on enhancing the efficiency of our client-facing teams, streamlining processes, optimizing internal applications, and enabling our teams to identify growth opportunities and customer risks.
About The Role:
- Be a trusted business partner to business leaders
- Manage and own end-to-end business projects- work closely with Tech developers and business stakeholders, from the initiation and evaluation stages to the execution and roll-out stages
- Help build the systems, reports and processes to measure business metrics and KPIs
- Deliver excellent systems and solutions to our internal and external teams from effective and efficient technical flows, and user experience to data integrity
- Collaborate with internal resources to ensure reports are translated to actions and results are monitored.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of professional work experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations or customer success operations at B2B SaaS company (preferable)
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science
- Previous experience as a Salesforce CRM Admin or Salesforce CRM Business Owner is a must
- Ability to drive multiple projects in a cross-functional environment while managing key stakeholder expectations and timelines
- Ability to problem-solve and use interpersonal skills to communicate solutions and influence outcomes
- Strong relationship-building and communication skill set to effectively collaborate with various divisions in the organization
- Strong quantitative capabilities with passion for numbers and analytics
- SQL knowledge - an advantage
- Curious, independent, rigorous and proactive kind of a person
- Must be fluent in English (writing and speaking)
