We’re growing quickly and have 9,000+ customers across more than 100 countries.

We are looking for a SaaS sales leadership role to lead our global sales.

As VP sales you will be responsible to create Atera's sales vision, plan and establish it, build, and lead a robust sales teams creating new revenue channels. The VP Sales will be reporting to Atera's CEO and will be a part of its inspiring management.

- You are capable and passionate to take full ownership setting the right sales vision for Atera as well as the ability to create something new.
- You have the experience and skills to take "End-to-End" responsibility for the Atera's sales vision, structure, performance, and deliverables.
- You build sales teams for hypergrowth and scale, environment, with an emphasis on championing a strong Sales culture, measuring, and increasing delivery velocity, ensuring high quality, and achieving schedule predictability.
- You know how to build repeatable and scalable sales processes, aligned with Atera's ambitious roadmap while continuing to build a customer-focused high-quality Sales organization.


- Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior sales leadership position with proven 'know how" and responsibility of similar sales organizations and challenges, in a high scale and growth software SAAS company.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in SAAS sales in high performing and a hyper growth software SAAS company.
- Proven experience and success establishing and leading sales organizations for software and SaaS hypergrowth business.
- Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS products to SMBMid-market customers with expertise in inside sales.
- Experience in global markets especially in US,
- Deep understanding of demand and pipeline generation with experience in both inbound and outbound target sales strategies in SAAS company.
- Proven results as consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly quotas
- A natural leader, experienced with best practices to build, and develop a world class sales organization. a leader that understands on how to build organization talent, and how to create/evangelize that to attract top talent, retain them and grow talents
