Description

Lumigo is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as VP of Sales. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a results and performance-based culture and brings an exceptional combination of strategic understanding, drive, domain expertise in the B2D sales, hands on sales abilities and relentless execution. You will report directly to the CEO and lead the company’s sales team. 

As part of this role, you will help  develop the company’s sales strategy, forecast sales results  and lead the company’s day-to-day sales pipeline and team activity.

Responsibilities

- Lead the inside sales, SEs, sales ops and SDR teams with a set of annual quotas and targets in a high velocity / B2D model .
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
- Develop and improve a high velocity / B2D sales model and constantly measure and improve results 
- Influence, collaborate and work with cross-functional leaders, departments, and teams to develop and execute successful strategies.
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.
- Coach, grow and develop employees on a regular basis to build a dynamic sales organization.

Requirements

- 3 years of experience selling dev oriented self serve product
- 3 years of experience managing a sales organization
- Proven experience working in a fast pace , result driven startup environment.
- Proven experience leading a company’s sales organization in a global setting with focus on Americas and Europe.
- Proven experience hands-on selling dev products.
- Experience in selling both directly and through partners (AWS and AWS ecosystem  is an advantage ) 
- Experience in building a B2D go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan.
- Proven success driving consistent revenue growth year-over-year.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility  in a dynamic environment.
