- Leading the vision, creation, and execution of the product’s roadmap
- Hire and maintain a world-class team of product managers, owners, and designers to support our work and business goals
- Master the industry and the personas using our product
- Owning the product development cycle from concept to production
- Defining and analyzing the product’s success metrics
- Working closely with revenue, marketing, and other internal & external stakeholders
- Working closely with product marketing teams to create clear messaging to the company’s vision, roadmap and capabilities
- Work closely with the sales teams to support their work and receive feedback from the field


- Amazing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical background, preferably in AI / Security/fraud prevention
- Experience in building scaled B2B enterprise software products and services that resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars of sales
- Sales-focused approach, understanding products that cannot be sold are not relevant
- Ability to lead several product lines
- Experience in senior leadership roles
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and work with their hands (this is how we do things across the board)
- User-focused approach and obsession with feedback from the field
- Experience in building multi-tenant SaaS products
- Passion to do good and to create an impact
- An analytical mind and a product gut
- A belief that not only the devil is in the details
- Obsession with simplicity and elegant messaging
- Prior to the VP Product role, at least 10 years of relevant hands-on Product experience
- Excellent English Skills
- Intelligence background - an advantage
- Experience working in a category-defining company preferably in AI and Cybersecurity
- Experience building data science heavy products
