This role is a Vice President/Senior Management role in the Go To Market Organization. The VP, GTM Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan for expanding the revenue growth for SimilarWeb through the following types of partnerships (Value Added Resellers; Referral Partnerships, Strategic GTM Commercial Relationships - this may include global partnerships that drive indirect revenue for us but also cross other relationship opportunities with SimilarWeb beyond a VAR or Referral relationship). This role includes leadership and collaboration with other business teams across SimilarWeb including the Corporate Strategy team, Solutions Leadership and other GTM Direct Sales teams. This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue officer.

Summary of primary R&R for this role in SimilarWeb is:

- Build a long term plan for scaling the indirect revenue motion within SimilarWeb.
- Partner with other key GTM leaders and Business leaders to expand the awareness, customer acquisition choices and revenue streams to enable scale and global market expansion.
- Identify, recruit and sustain new partners.
- Bring best practice methodologies, processes and tools to help the business improve overall partner performance and satisfaction
- Manage the team performance by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against the goals, ensuring feedback, and addressing performance problems and issues promptly
- Maintain a consistent and growing team of Channel Sales Managers and other partners resources globally.
- Be responsible for the end to end lifecycle of KPI’s associated with partner performance which can include: New Sales, Gross Retention, Upsells and Net ARR growth
- Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for process improvements with the aim of increased productivity and efficiency in the business
- Provide strategic direction around organization design, scaling, cross functional alignment and participate as part of the GTM Senior Leadership team.

Requirements

- Proven experience leading a global partnership program with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- 3+ years experience in a Senior Management role owning the “strategic planning” around scale and growth of an indirect distribution strategy for a global company
- Direct sales and or account management experience
- Experience working in a SaaS Business Model
- Natural leader, collaborator and team player - you’ll have the passion and ability to lead a team of people and be able to inspire your direct team and others around you 
- Highly adaptable and strong at change management and scaling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Master Degree or higher; or Bachelor’s degree with more than 5+ years relevant work experience.
