REQUIREMENTS

The role

Kaltura is seeking a dynamic Global Learning & Organizational Development VP who will shape, build, and execute the L&OD strategy and plans to enhance the performance, leadership, and culture of the company.

The role is reporting to the CHRO and involves close collaboration with key leaders to understand needs, gaps, and business strategy, along with the global HR team.

The day-to-day

- Lead the OD and Learning domain cross the organization.
- Create new and innovative learning & development strategy, approach, processes, and tools to support business needs and HR strategy.
- Lead the design and execution of organization-wide programs, including Leadership development, Development processes, OKR processes, and engagement surveys.
- Lead end-to-end global learning & development projects.
- Create personalized, tailor-made programs to address the specific needs of teams and managers.
- Deliver and facilitate learning sessions on-site or virtually.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global high-tech or similar fast-paced environment, leading the global OD & Learning domain.
- Bachelor’s degree and master’s in psychology, organizational consulting, HR, or a relevant field.
- Fluent English.
- Strong program management and execution skills.
- Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with employees, managers, vendors, and facilitators.
