Playtika is looking for a self-motivated VIP Account Manager with excellent communication skills to be responsible to retain and reactivate our top VIP players.

The account manager responsibilities will be to Increase players life time value by proactive outbound communication, all to ensure a personal, engaging, and rewarding experience for our VIP players.

The Role:
- Build relationships with assigned VIPs and Establish personal relation with our most valuable VIP Customers
- High level of multitasking
- Target / Sales Driven
- Rapport building skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Achieve a high quality of player satisfaction
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in VIP behavior
- High level understanding / interest in social gaming / online marketing field


- Mother tongue level in English
- 2+ years of experience as a VIP account manager or customer support from an online production company. Adtech or Gaming experience is an advantage.
