Role Overview

We seek a talented and visionary Motion Design Catalog Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will maintain and enhance our video template catalog's functionality and appearance.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for visual aesthetics, is well-versed in motion design software (especially the Adobe Suite) High awareness of design and trends in the animation and film industry, has a touch of technical skills, and is data-oriented.

- Maintain and enhance the visual appearance of the video template catalog, ensuring it meets high-quality standards
- Utilize insights to curate motion design templates based on user preferences and trends
- Prepare insightful, engaging presentations that can bring value to our product and teams
- Ability to learn new working environments and work with different tools and software
- Communicate directly with artists to guide, provide feedback, and ensure the catalog's coherence and quality
- Keep up with the latest developments in filmmaking technologies, motion design, and animation standards

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in motion design and familiarity with Adobe Suite (Additional software such as Davinci Resolve/Final Cut Pro would be advantageous)
- A strong portfolio showcasing your eye for design and ability to curate visually appealing content
- Analytic thinking and data-oriented
- Excellent graphic skills, with a knack for creating compelling visual narratives
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively
- Positive attitude, and willingness to support team objectives, work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, contributing to a supportive and creative environment
- Great English speaker with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
