JFrog is seeking a passionate and seasoned UX researcher and consultant for our next-generation Platform products to join our global UX team of the DevOps Platform experience. To join us, you need to demonstrate broad and diverse UX expertise. You'll play a pivotal role in establishing the user research capability at JFrog and building the foundation for future growth of the function.

As a UX Researcher in JFrog, you will...

- Build and execute end-to-end research projects to provide deep user insights and market context to impact product strategy
- Conduct primary research to explore the behaviors and motivations of our users using a range of methodologies
- Work in close coordination with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, and - Product Marketers to ensure research supports and helps to define deliverables
- Become an advocate for users throughout the product development cycle
- Create high-quality deliverables and present research findings to a broad range of stakeholders
- Identify new opportunities to create repeatable processes that help the UX team scale

To be a UX Researcher in JFrog you need...

- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an UX Research and 5 years in the experience domain
- End-to-end experience with all aspects of the research life-cycle (design, recruitment, moderation, analysis, reporting, socialization, budgeting)
- A strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods (usability testing, concept testing, focus groups, in-depth interviews, diary studies, surveys, etc.), including when and how to apply them
- Experience working in direct collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and engineers
- A team player and resilient in the face of challenges
