Having built the world’s leading consumer business in urban mobility growing at over 1 million users per day, Moovit launched its suite of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) products earlier this year to license to governments, municipalities and transit authorities to help them improve urban mobility and increase riders’ satisfaction around the world.

As the operations manager for the USA & Canada, you would lead Moovit’s efforts to create the best quality information for public transport services throughout these areas. As part of it, you will be responsible for the company’s localization efforts and customer support.

- Supporting and developing the operations in the US/CA
- Responsible for customer support, community engagement, and user growth
- Identifying, correcting and improving city transport data


- BA/BS degree
- English mother tongue level
- Lived in one of the following cities for at least 5 years: San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York or similar size city.
- Knowledge of public transport systems in the main cities of the origin country
- Experience in customer support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

Preferred qualifications:
- Proactive, independent and enthusiastic
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
- Relevant experience in the consumer mobile space and knowledge of local products
- Independent and able execute projects with little supervision
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with very high presentation skills
- Loves working in fast-paced environment and feels comfortable with a startup culture
