a highly motivated, detailed oriented candidate who loves to get things done, to join as a Treasury Analyst. You will be part of a of a global Treasury team that is located in Israel, New York and Hong Kong, and will interact with banks and providers in many different countries. He/she therefore requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure, excel as team player and display highest levels of accuracy, trustworthiness, and reliability. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high energy environment with an ability to deal with multiple tasks at the same time. Is this you?

What’s the job?

The Treasury department is looking to add a position in Israel to strengthen the management and controls of Payoneer’s global bank accounts and banking infrastructure. The candidate will focus on centralizing oversight, maximizing efficiencies and implementing best practices while ensuring that banking activities are executed in accordance with Payoneer policies including the opening, closing and modifying of bank accounts and signatories.

- Centralize bank account structure and control (including account openings, closings, signatory maintenance and administration)
- Facilitate the timely completion of Banking Infrastructure tasks and projects
- Enhance and define controls for bank account permissions
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
- Maintain adequate records for periodic audits including agreements, letters, officers, signer authorization
- Report relevant changes and data to senior management and to relevant Board committees
- Work with the tax, accounting, regulatory, compliance, HR and legal to assist with regulatory requirements
- In coordination with the counterparty risk team, obtain financial statements and other relevant details from our banking providers
- Review banking relationships, account structures, services and fees
- Support regulatory and statutory reporting requirements


- Bachelor’s degree (economics, finance or accounting preferred)
- Relevant treasury, finance and/or controls experience (2-3 years preferred)
- Working knowledge of cash management products and concepts
- English Speaker (native or fluent)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Inquisitive, analytical, detail oriented

Not a must but a great advantage

- Experience working with project management tools such as or Asana
- Experience with automation of manual tasks
