Description

As the Travel Coordinator at Riskified, you will work closely with our executives and managers, ensuring that as they attend events and conferences around the world, their travel needs and accommodations are seamlessly arranged.

We will look to you to be in charge of all travel logistics for various team members, often at the same time. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and a can-do attitude. You will also be responsible for keeping detailed reports and receipts, communicating with vendors, and maintaining and enforcing our travel policies. Additionally, as needed, as part of the Administrative Team, you will assist with general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Arrange all travel for team members in the Tel Aviv office - booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc.
- Manage the employee’s travel experience end-to-end --- from the policy, booking, on-the ground experience, reporting, and timely expenses
- Assist with travel reports for employees
- Work closely with outside vendors to ensure we are getting the most competitive rates
- Create and maintain a database for travel, providing accurate travel data for the Tel Aviv office
- Outline and improve upon our travel policy and be available to answer inquiries from employees

Requirements

- 2 years as Travel Coordinator in a medium to large organization
- High level of English
- Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to function in a demanding, fast-paced environment and to handle multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel
