We are looking for a talented Training Specialist to join the HR team and support the organization's needs. 

What you will be doing:

- Identify training needs
- Translate requirements into the trainings program and build an annual training program
- Master the full training cycle including managing training database, invitations and materials
- Develop and manage the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
- Responsibility for the contact with external vendors including collecting bids, track orders, and payments.
- Monitoring and follow up the training budget and the annual work plan
- Monitoring the progress of the annual training work plan of the different regions
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development


- MA of Human resources or related fields- a must
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the training area (global companies experience as an advantage)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle
- Excellent planning and organizing ability
- Excellent interpersonal relationships with interfaces
- Deep acquaintance with OFFICE software
- Experience with LMS systems
- High written and by heart expression ability both English and Hebrew
