We are looking for a talented individual that would be able to establish the team’s methodologies for the training area in the organization. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Delivery, Support, and Customer Success.

- Responsible for the training area in the organization
- Preparation/writing of training materials in English and Hebrew
- Performing training for diverse populations: internal, partners, and customers
- Management of professional forums globally
- Ongoing maintenance of a knowledge management system
- Training and training development experience
- Excellent English
- Technology oriented
- Flexibility in working hours
- Experience with SaaS - an advantage
- Creative approach and excellent ability to convey visual messages through presentations and other tools
