An enthusiastic and proactive Training Development Manager, to be part of the dynamic vCita Partners team, which will take part in defining and implementing the future onboarding training program strategy.

vCita is a simple & effective business management software for small businesses. It includes everything service providers need to manage their business and generate more revenue: client management, online scheduling, payments, promotions, and lead generation widgets.

Our teams are based out of Bellevue, Washington and Tel-Aviv, Israel.

The Training Development Manager is a person with high interpersonal skills, being a part of the partners’ team in the business development department. Working with all of the company departments to build the strategy for our partners’ training.

The Training Development Manager will own and be responsible for defining and creating the partner on boarding training program. This includes all the processes the partner needs to do to get their people on boarded with vCita. As part of the position, required to create and oversee all the materials that the partner needs in order to do the training, including Sales, CS, Support and Marketing in his company.

Responsibilities
- Plan the training strategy, and Develop training solutions and training materials for CS, Support, Sales and Marketing teams to use for our business partners.
- Manage development projects of learning solutions through entire life cycle - needs analysis, mapping, design, development and roll out.
- Develop materials including; webinars, frontal sessions, reading materials etc.
- Deliver projects per defined standards, quality and timelines.
- Work closely with product house interfaces to gain expertise of new products and versions.

Requirements

- Experience in training development and delivery.
- Experience in developing solutions for customers.
- Experience working with SAAS products, software company.
- High writing skills, content writing for training material implementation, presentations, etc.
- Excellent command of English - verbal and written, Native English Speaker - Mandatory!
- Has a passion for training and learning.
- Able to develop, drive, and contribute to a high-performance team.
- Able to manage remote-employees in other countries.
- Tech oriented.
- Ability to effectively communicate to staff of all levels of experience and technical ability.
