As Tiktoks's Creators Project Manager you will be developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns with our top partners.
You’ll translate client objectives, audience data and cultural trends into meaningful insights and influence campaigns. You will be supporting sales teams in developing and pitching holistic, integrated campaigns to a diverse portfolio of cross-category clients.

Responsibilities - What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
- Build, develop, and identify new creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
- Collaborate with content partnership and product colleagues to develop, test, execute, and measure ideas for specific brand and agency clients


- 2+ years experience in influencer marketing
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
- In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Presentation skills and client-facing experience
- High verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
