Tier 4 Software Support Engineer
We’re looking to hire exceptional Tier 4 support engineers to join our software engineering group in solving some of the most challenging and fascinating problems in the industry. People with a passion for technology, who are interested in a meaningful role as part of a great, collaborative team.
You’ll be part of our Software team and work closely with engineers, product managers, researchers, lower tiers support groups, operations teams and customers.
As Tier 4 software support engineer you’ll work with a diverse technology stack - kubernetes, kafka, microservices, rabbit, python, nodeJS, react, google cloud, AWS, mongodb, postgres, redis and… robots!
This is a new position at Fabric - so we are looking for someone who has the drive to build, invent and be creative!
- At least 3 years of experience as a Tier II or III Support Engineer, an Automation Test Engineer, or as a Developer.
- Proven technical troubleshooting skills.
- Programming skills - a strong advantage.
- Strong Linux / Unix proficiency
- SQL/postgres/mongoDB knowledge - intermediate level queries
- Fluent in English - working with global teams
- Highly customer oriented.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Social, communicative and generally a nice person 🙂
