Description

Zoomin is looking for talented level 1 support engineers to join our growing support team in Tel-Aviv. You will have access to modern tools, the best technologies, and work on an innovative SaaS solution that touches millions of users. As a Level 1 support engineer, you will provide 24x7 technical support to our customers and become an expert in the diverse web world. This is an excellent opportunity for students or other technology enthusiasts that would like to start their journey in the tech industry.

What will you do?

- Provide initial response to our customers.
- Troubleshoot and own technical issues related to infrastructure, code, and our platform.
- Triage issues based on urgency and importance.
- Act as the customer advocate within the company.

Requirements

- Familiarity with XML and Networks - Advantage
- Coding skills in HTML and CSS - Advantage
- Past experience in support/customer servicerole - Advantage.
- Team player who can think on your feet - Must
- Quick learner who pays attention to details - Must
- High level of fluency in both spoken and written English - Must
- Looking to work at least three shifts per week, including evenings, overnights, and weekends - Must
