Jifiti’s Tier 1 Customer support team provides end-user support to our Global customers.
We are looking for a Tier 1 Support Engineer to join our global team of professionals, to assure our clients continue to receive exceptional service.
**This is a full time position that allows for flexible hours/ shifts and could be suitable for students.
- Act as first point of contact with our Clients (B2B &B2C)
- Initial triage of tickets between the various departments
- Solve tech tickets in PROD / UAT environments
- Experience with customer-facing roles
- Native level English-Must
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, directed, and passionate
- Availability for a full time position, including shifts
- Knowledge of ZenDesk, and monitoring systems, preferred
- Previous experience as a support agent or similar role, preferred
