Technology Talent Sourcer

In order to keep growing, we are looking for a passionate Technology Talent Sourcer to join our HR team and boost our recruiting efforts. As a Technology Talent Sourcer, you’ll join a high-energy working environment and will enable our growth by hiring excellent people.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential future employees using a variety of sourcing tools, including social media and internet search
- Sourcing with excellent knowledge of social media and other candidate platforms
- Proactively build pipelines of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future business demands.
- CV screen
- Phone interviews with potential candidates

- 4 years of recruitment experience for technology positions, with the ability to understand relevant tech skills.
- Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub and more)
- Building new and creative sourcing strategies.
- Multi-tasking abilities and desire to work in a dynamic environment.
- Creative, friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive.
