- Native or highly fluent English speaker
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with applications security concepts and controls
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a clear, relevant written response
- A natural researcher and information gatherer to locate relevant information from various sources
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Experience managing and organizing a library/repository of documents and/or information
- High degree of organizational abilities to plan and balance projects
- Ability to understand the “why” as well as the “how” to determine the intent behind customer security questions


- Familiarity with RFP/RFI process
- Worked with a remote RFP team and Sales Engineers
- A high-level understanding of cloud storage, data encryption, and software security
- A technical degree or background in whatever capacity

The successful candidate will craft answers to security-related questions that explain Kaltura’s security policies, AWS cloud architecture, and application controls that ensure the safeguarding of customer data and media. The candidate will find themselves in a dynamic, collaborative environment working with content experts throughout Kaltura.

The assignments require using resources within the RFP team and reaching out to many groups within Kaltura. You will need to access technical expertise from Kaltura’s security, DevOps and legal teams, and be in contact with the various Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) whenever needed.

Deadlines are short and the projects come from a wide range of customers that include the business, educational, financial, and government sectors.

This role is a unique opportunity to work with a team that is crucial to securing new customers and retaining existing ones who are using Kaltura products to increase the use of video as a training and information tool. The candidate will work with an experienced RFP and Sales Team positioned around the world.
