WhiteSource is looking for a Technical Training Manager to lead the full technical training cycle for our employees.

Technical Training Manager’s responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing educational curricula and material, and increasing trainees’ engagement with learning sessions.

Ultimately, you will ensure all employees develop their technical skills and knowledge and are able to perform their daily tasks according to the organizational needs.


- Develop technical training courses (recorded and written) for all levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced).
- Arrange for and conduct training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Measure the effectiveness of our training materials through usage metrics, employees’ feedback, and long term KPIs.
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, Support, Customer Success and HR department.
- Own end-to-end processes and projects including budget allocation, management and prioritization on a global scale.


- Proven work experience as a Technical Training Manager, Technical Trainer or similar role vast experience in developing training materials (presentations, web-based training, E-learning, certification training)- Must!
- BSc in a technical field – Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields.
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience -Must!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language- Must!
- Familiarity with one or more of application security, software development, DevOps, or open-source desired.
- Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and modern video and online training technologies.
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
- All-around team player who is a self-motivated, fast learner
- Experience in a startup is a huge plus
- A creative, innovative approach to training and onboarding
