We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our department and play an integral role in our company’s exponential growth

We're searching for someone who lives and breathes recruiting, loves working and connecting with different people.

On our first year we already expanded our company and recruited more than 80 people in a very challenging and competitive market.

• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.

• Work in align with quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.

• Source and interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, and creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong hiring pipeline.

• Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, and help them build excellent teams.

• Build strong relationships with candidates (-past applicants and potential candidates).

• Maintain an excellent candidate experience.

• Develop and initiate sourcing strategies meant to attract the right candidates.

• Contact and cooperate with external recruitment sources (educational institutions, associations, employment agencies, etc.).


• A great passion for recruiting - a must.

• A go-getter attitude, loving the challenge of finding and hiring excellent people.

• 3+ years proven experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist in a Startup or Tech oriented company.

• Hands-on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, reference checks etc.).

• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.

• Can thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experienced in sourcing candidates via social and professional networking.

• Hands-on experience with using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Comeet, Hi-Bob – advantage)
