Description

Overwolf is looking for a passionate tech support wizard to join our growing support team.

Overwolf is building a universal framework for apps around games, already serving millions of gamers and thousands of developers worldwide. Our platform empowers third-party developers to build great in-game apps that gamers use to enhance over 200 million game sessions per month.

Our Appstore includes great apps for the biggest games in the world: League of Legends, Dota 2, Apex Legends, Hearthstone and over 800 other games. Currently, many hundreds of developers are working with our SDK to provide gamers with new value on a daily basis - and you can be pivotal in making the knowledge they need available to them when they need it.

Responsibilities

- Supporting our users through all our support channels (Helpdesk, Twitter, Discord)
- Performing advanced log analysis and working closely with the R&D team
- Writing technical articles and guides in our knowledgebase
- Holding remote debug sessions with users
- Going the extra mile to engage users
- Acting as the company's gatekeeper

Requirements

- Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills – a must
- Technological orientation – a must
- Customer orientation with superb service awareness
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments
- Self-starting, independent, responsible, able to take initiative
- Experience with troubleshooting on Windows & Mac OS’s
- Big passion for video games (PC / Console games)
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience in technical support / customer support
- Familiarity with support helpdesk/CRM systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
