- Provide complete solutions to complicated technical service calls via telephone
- Responsibility for customer support cases coming from both emails and phone calls.
- Gain and maintain full knowledge of the company's products and flows.
- Support Sales on-site as best advisor when needed.
- Excellent communication skills in - English – Must other languages advantage.
- Technical understanding and experience in Linux environment - advantage
