Responsibilities

- Customer support Engineer.
- Provide complete solutions to complicated technical service calls via telephone
- Responsibility for customer support cases coming from both emails and phone calls.
- Gain and maintain full knowledge of the company's products and flows.
- Support Sales on-site as best advisor when needed.

Requirements

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in -English –Must other languages advantage.
- Technical understanding and experience in Linux environment - advantage
- Experience in technical support Tier 1
- Experience in video – Advantage
- Experience in Online streaming (CDN) – Advantage
- Experience in telecommunication – Advantage
- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced, hi-tech environment – Advantage
