Description

We are seeking for a talented and results-driven Technical Solution Specialist who will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing expert technical guidance and support during the sales process. Your deep understanding of Atera's products and services, coupled with technical expertise, will empower you to effectively articulate the value proposition of our solutions to prospective customers. You will collaborate closely with the Account Executive and Account Management teams, acting as a trusted advisor to prospects, identifying their unique needs, and delivering solutions through the Atera Platform.

Responsibilities:

- Acquire an in-depth understanding of Atera's products, features, and value proposition.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects of Business Partners, addressing their technical inquiries, concerns, and objections.
- Act as a technical POC for scripting, implementation, and other technical matters with prospects.
- Troubleshoot prospect’s issues and handle escalation until resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and R&D to design solutions that address customer challenges and align with their business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to IT services, remote monitoring and management (RMM), and professional services automation (PSA).

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience in a technical support/presales/sales engineering, or solution consulting role, preferably within the IT services or software industry
- Strong technical background and understanding of IT services, RMM, PSA and Helpdesk, cloud-based solutions, and IT infrastructure
- Working days Monday-Friday (availability during US hours)
- Fluent English - oral and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
