Description

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle with clients, including strategy, planning, definition, development, and implementation.
- Manage the relationship and communication with leading global customers and serve as their main point of contact.
- Interface with cross-functional teams (e.g. R&D, Product, BI, Content etc.) to ensure that the scope, schedule, and resources are aligned across all teams.
- Ensure risks are accounted for and create risk mitigation strategies
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position, working with software/hardware companies.
- Strong technical skills, coupled with strong business sense.
- Ability to troubleshoot / resolve problems in a technical environment, and translate customer experience to actionable feedback for R&D.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter and able to influence others and hold others accountable for results
- English at very high level is a MUST
