We’re looking for an excellent and experienced Product Owner to join the product team and take part in developing the fintech industry’s leading cross-border payment platform for marketplaces and other businesses. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will use data and customer feedback to define and drive new products and features.

What’s the job?

- Leading, managing and maintaining our core business decision making services and infrastructure
- Constant collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders (Approval, Risk, Compliance, Banking, Business)
- Ownership of product requirements, driving the product life cycle in an agile methodology including user stories
- In charge of prioritization of all features/requirements/items related to the corresponding domain
- Working closely with our dedicated R&D team to define requirements and ensure the end-to-end high quality product delivery
- Monitoring product and business performance, taking action as needed to drive business success
- Develop and document guidelines, processes, procedures and best practices for consistent use of the system across all relevant parties.
- Ongoing and constant communication of plan, timelines & deliverables to both internal and external key stakeholders
- Leading the relationship/s with the relevant external vendors.

Requirements

- At least 1 year experience in PO roles. Preferably with experience in business process mgmt.
- Experience in rule engines – automated decision making, customization and configuration (from business & technical perspectives)
- Experience in optimization of manual processes & automation flows
- Preferable experience in Fintech, Banking, Payment & credit-card industries
- Strong interpersonal skills leading and driving execution with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to lead change and manage proper communication with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experienced in implementing products using Agile methodologies
- Strong familiarity with web methodologies for B2B and B2C including UX and UI definition
- Experience as a system analyst / configuration manager – as a plus
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering – as a plus
