As our second technical account manager based in NYC, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be the face of Protected Media, delivering technical product knowledge throughout the end to end life cycle. Heavily involved in the presales, implementation, and post-implementation phases, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and research and development teams to make sure that our ad-fraud platform is the best that it can be. Highly technical while having excellent soft skills, your job is to make sure that our customers are happy and fulfilled while getting the maximum advantages that Protected Media has to offer!

Mission & Responsibility:
- Deliver client facing technical support by explaining technical details to a non-technical audience during presales, onboarding, and post-integration phases  
- Collaborate with the Senior Technical Account Manager to provide customer technical onboarding, integration, troubleshooting, and training 
- Work with our customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution effectively and optimizing all that our service offers 
- Gather product feedback and recommendations from customers while working closely with the research, development, sales and marketing teams 
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify cyber threats and prevent future ad fraud 
- Cultivate relationships with prospective and current clients to ensure that we are meeting expectations and goals

- Ad-tech experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles for 2+ years 
- Solid SQL skills
- Understanding of basic HTML, CSS and code structure
- Experience with Javascript (preferred)
- Ad Operations experience – Campaign Management, Optimization, Media Buying, Trafficking, QA (preferred)
- Project Management experience - ability to prioritize multiple projects with great attention to detail (preferred)Passion for:
