Team8 Capital is seeking a highly motivated professional operation coordinator. In this role, you will work directly with the Partners of Team8 Capital, Portfolio Companies, and the Operation Manager.

As the operation coordinator, you will manage all logistical aspects of the management time by screening, prioritizing, routing, and escalating a high volume of requests from a fast-paced global organization.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with high-energy, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, comfortability with complexity and uncertainty, managing internal and external relationships, and working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Role Responsibilities:

Executive Administration:

- Diligently manage all aspects of the partners' logistics, including scheduling (both internal and external), meeting attendees, expense reports, and general administrative help.
- Assist with and facilitate meeting follow-ups and execution of action items.
- Administration of flights and accommodation for travel and maintaining a positive

attitude to handle last-minute changes.

Operations:

- Partner with the management and operations to run an effective day-to-day business operation.
- Support Team8 Capital Portfolio needs.
- Manage interfaces with start-up entrepreneurs and investors.
- Communicate on behalf of the management, including handling sensitive and confidential material.
- Assist with special projects as needed, including high-profile planning events, board meetings, off-site meetings, hosting external delegations and events

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within VCs / high-tech organizations
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent professional English - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good at juggling tasks and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A great team player, people person - service oriented
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Experience with office administrative responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Taking full ownership of different projects from A-Z, Independent.
