Team8 is hiring an exceptional Marketing Manager to join its Go-To-Market team to build the Team8 brand. You will take a central part in creating and crafting the Team8 voice through marketing collateral, conferences, thought leadership, digital platforms, and PR. Success in this role is building a strong brand platform delivering compelling content that maximizes reach, engagement, and impact for the Team8 brand globally.

We are looking for someone who is a team player and thrives in a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to execute multiple complex projects at once and with a proven track record of communication, organization and the ability to create compelling content in a number of different formats.

This role requires English mother-tongue and living in Israel and reports to the VP Marketing.

Previous experience in digital marketing or in a highly-digital oriented environment is recommended.

Key responsibilities:
- Building brand. Support the narrative of the Team8 brand to a global audience of C-level executives, investors, entrepreneurs, talent.
- Creating content. Support the development, creation and delivery of all marketing materials including Team8 presentations, collateral material (brochures, websites, email communications) and blog content inspired by conversations and brainstorming with the smartest people across Team8 and our companies. All content will align with Team8’s global vision and expertise but tailored to different audiences (Corporate Executives, Investors, Entrepreneurs, Talent).
- Contribution to program development and themes for Team8 thought leadership events (Tel Aviv, NYC, San Francisco). Our events range from intimate to 600+ attendees and gather C-level executives from the world’s leading companies. You will work with Team8 thought leaders while researching key industry leaders, pioneers and experts to join our stage.
- Editing and writing marketing copy for communications, press releases, and ongoing needs of the Go-to Market team.
- Managing marketing vendors and partners for design, production, video among others.
- Manage Team8 digital platforms. Analyze and identify the optimal content marketing tools. Write, edit and publish relevant and compelling content based on business objectives. Capture learnings and curate best practices to apply to content and social strategies.
- Contribute original thinking to content by researching trends, insights and developments in cyber, data and AI, and the impact of new technology on the enterprise.


- 3+ years marketing experience in creating compelling content
- English native speaker and writer
- Exceptionally strong writing and passion for copy-editing
- Proven familiarity with content management tools and producing content for the web with channel-specific knowledge (blog, website, campaigns, social media, content sharing communities)
- Creative but also process and detail oriented
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial fast-paced work environment
