We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our growing one-of-a-kind HR team.

- Find, engage and attract qualified candidates through a wide range of sourcing techniques
- Utilize the most advanced sourcing tools available in the market while exploring, testing, and implementing new sourcing tools and techniques
- Partner with the hiring managers and HRBP’s to deeply understand the different teams functions and requirements
- Strategize creative ways to build short-term and long-term talent pipelines, maintain our referral plan, and initiate onsite and online events
- Track and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed


- At least 3 years of experience in direct sourcing, preferably within the semi-conductor/silicon engineering industry.
- An excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels, with strong knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches and additional sourcing software/tools – a must
- A creative candidate engagement approach with the ability to intrigue passive candidates and turn them into active candidates
- Efficient, independent, with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
- A team player, friendly and with a strong positive and can-do approach
- Excellent English – a must
- Experience in content writing, recruitment marketing, or employer branding - an advantage
