We are looking for a Passionate, motivated Coordinator and Sourcer recruiter to join our team!
You will be working on attracting the best talent out there, scaling this amazing company by supporting the hiring process in all departments-Tech, Sales, Growth and more!
What you will do:
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and the hiring managers to understand position requirements, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
- Identifying top talents and engaging with potential talents, using advanced sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, GitHub, etc.
- CV screening and conducting phone interviews for several positions
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
- 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, either in-house at a tech company or at an agency.
- High-level expertise in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and more.
- Proven experience in identifying top candidates for R&D roles as well as support departments such as Sales, Marketing, etc.
- Good communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables
