Description

As a Talent Sourcer at SimilarWeb you will:
- Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines through social channels
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
- Identify and recommend new and creative ways to source and attract top talent via new software platforms and creative outreach methods
- Promote our employer brand by creating communities, engaging with talent, hosting events and more creative initiatives
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience, and continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in sourcing and building pipelines for R&D, Sales and Marketing.
- Excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels i.e. headhunting, networking, job boards, etc.
- Strong ability to both screen and sell an opportunity for passive candidates
- Proven ability to effectively self-motivate.
- Strong focus on execution and a can-do approach.
- A great communicator - both written and verbal English.
- A true team player who is willing and excited to contribute to our team’s and company's success.
