We are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for someone who has creative thinking and an innovative approach knows how to find the best talent out there, and won’t stop until the best match is found!

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead sourcing activities for different departments (Business, Sales, Marketing, R+D and Product) by building effective and strategic sourcing plans
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to understand deeply the position and the team requirements
- Find and engage passive candidates, and create effective search strategies by using different tools such as Linkedin, Github, community forums, Facebook, etc.
- Be a focal point for our hiring managers regarding best sourcing practices
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies to continuously improve our processes while always looking for new resources for sourcing


- At least 1 year of experience as a talent source in a recruitment agency/high-tech company
- High level of English- a Must!
- Hands-on experience in a wide range of sourcing strategies and practices - database mining and searches experience in a variety of platforms (social networks, X-ray tool, boolean search, internal database, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge using Boolean searches
- Enjoys working in a hyper-growth working environment
- Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and engaging candidates.
