monday.com is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us find the best talents out there!

Requirements: 

3+ years of direct sourcing, and an excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels (i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.)Strong ability to both screen and sell an opportunity for passive candidates"Can-do" attitude and a creative approach to sourcingHigh level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to handle various open positions simultaneouslyTeam playerExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English

About The Role:

- Lead sourcing activities for different departments (Business, Sales, Marketing, etc.) and different global sites (EMEA) by building effective and strategic sourcing plans.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to help them build pipelines for different roles while creating a great candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to understand deeply the position and the team requirements
- Build a diverse talent pipeline through sourcing
- Find and engage passive candidates, and create effective search strategies by using different tools such as Linkedin, Github, community forums, Facebook, etc.
- Be a focal point for our hiring managers regarding best sourcing practices
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies to continuously improve our processes while always looking for new resources for sourcing

Requirements
