Description

Rail Vision is a vibrating and fast-growing multidisciplinary startup headquartered in Ra'anana. We utilize the latest AI technologies and develop lifesaving, new and exciting vision systems for the global railway market.

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our HR team. In this position, you will help us find the best talents for our amazing company.

The position is temporary for 6-9 months

Responsibilities:

· Take full responsibility for the top of funnel metrics, pipeline conversion rates, and hires so the team can achieve its collective hiring goal.

· Sourcing passive talents through referrals, networking, Internet searches, and other sourcing tools such as Linkedin, Github, community forums, Facebook, etc.

· Work with the Talent Acquisition team to help them build pipelines for different roles while creating a great candidate experience.

· Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to understand deeply the position and the team requirements

Requirements

· 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably from a growing start-up company or an agency

· Hands-on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, reference checks and etc.)

· Experience in sourcing for technical positions.

· Advanced knowledge of effective sourcing platforms and tools including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and more.

· Excellent sourcing skills, great candidate outreach, building short and long-term sourcing strategies

· Proven experience in identifying top talents for strategic roles, while maintaining deep relationships with potential candidates

· Friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive and can-do approach

· Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment

· High level of English - written and verbal .
