Description

Upstream is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team as a maternity leave replacement for six months and manage our end-to-end hiring process.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an important role in our organization's growth. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to hunt and reach top talent for our rapidly growing teams. This role will include identifying promising candidates, presenting our company vision, designing and assembling exceptional teams, and implementing innovative recruiting strategies.

This role is temporary full time and is based in Herzliya, Israel.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end hiring process, including initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire qualification process, including scheduling interviews, and facilitating the offer and onboarding process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs in order to develop talent pipelines and refine hiring practices.
- Be creative in attracting top-notch candidates while maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and delivering a meaningful and engaging candidate experience.
- Implement effective data-driven hiring processes.
- Provide guidance to managers in various departments on issues related to recruitment.
- Lead inventive recruiting and branding initiatives to strengthen a compelling employer brand, both internally and externally.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter in the high-tech industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting in-depth behavioral interviews.
- Demonstrated strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal communication skills across diverse interfaces.
- Initiative-driven, independent, result and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional of spoken and written English.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, along with familiarity with the use of recruiting databases and social media platforms.
