What will you be doing:
- Full life-cycle recruiting: Managing an entire recruitment process end to end, from the position definition to onboarding.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their team's hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Source talent through deep internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, employee and candidate referrals.
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
- Manage candidates in the process and provide them with a standout talent experience.
- Creating, managing, and improving recruiting processes.
- 2+ years of experience from big organizations.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high-growth environments.
- Experience in managing an End to End process.
- Experience in developing, constructing, and using various sourcing tools and developing the candidate's pipeline.
- The position fits candidates with high innovation and creativity skills in sourcing and recruitment.

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)--experience with Comeet - a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
