This individual will partner with key stakeholders to identify top talent for our rapidly growing business. This role acts as a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source effectively and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage our full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers to drive a fast and efficient full-lifecycle process
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers in Israel and Canada
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates
- Conduct HR interviews

Requirements
- At least 2 years experience recruiting in a tech organization
- Experience in direct sourcing techniques - Advantage
- Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to establish relationships with teammates, candidates, and hiring managers
- Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written - Must
