- Responsible for hiring processes a-z in Israel
- Sourcing skills, finding creative ways to attract best talents in the markets.
- Define and monitor KPI’s to ensure recruiting efficiencies and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit for a senior and technological range of positions being hands-on.
- Meet with hiring managers to assess recruiting progress, future hiring plans, obstacles and challenges, and collaborate on recruiting activities and strategies.
- Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives to ensure Nielsen is providing a high standard candidate experience.
Full time, Temporary position (with the potential to become permanent)

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a recruiter/ Talent acquisition specialist in high tech company.
- Prior experience in building a recruiting infrastructure for rapidly growing organizations, including process, strategy, metrics and systems.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment and assessment tools and sourcing technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to continuously strive for process improvement
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
