As ActiveFence’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role is to develop and initiate sourcing strategies, meant to attract the right candidates, interview and manage the recruitment process.


- At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter for hi-tech companies
- Proven track record at scaling a team - sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a large number of open roles in parallel
- Awesome interpersonal skills, fluent written and spoken English
- Experience in creating an amazing candidate experience
- Results oriented with a competitive drive for success
- Self-starter, independent, results oriented and attentive to details
- A good understanding of analysis roles, experienced in hiring a wide range of R&D roles
