We are looking for our next talented and super motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to take a significant part in building our amazing team!

In this position you will:

- Manage end to end recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, conducting in-depth in-person interviews, evaluation, and reference checks.
- Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline while creating a great candidate experience.
- Help us build strong employer branding and launch a ‘Refer-a-friend’ campaign.
- Partner with the hiring managers, serve as a focal point for recruitment issues under your responsibility.
- Conduct reports and analyse data as part of your day to day hiring decision, including measuring results- improving efficiency and quality based on a data-driven approach.
- Raise ideas, improve current processes, and constantly think in a creative and out of the box way.

Requirements

- B.A in Social Science / Behavioural Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as a technical recruiter.
- Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and more).
- Well-established voice when it comes to hiring talents.
- Be a dedicated ambassador for our culture and mission.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
