A bit about what to expect:
• Operating different sourcing channels such as company career site, placement companies, employee referral programs
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a fast and efficient recruiting process
• Research new sources for candidate recruiting
• Create a pipeline of passive candidates using social media networks
• Conduct thorough HR interviews and liaise the hiring process
• Serve as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates during the hiring process


• 2-3 years' experience as a Technical Recruiter in hi-tech - must
• Experienced in sourcing via social media - must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, defining job descriptions, reference checks, etc)
• High energy, highly motivated, and self-driven in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• People person and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
