We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our NY office and our Global Talent acquisition team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end to end hiring processes, starting from building the pipeline, sourcing in social channels, increasing outbound motion and acting as a talent advisor for hiring managers.

You will also collaborate with the US HRBP and Global HR Team on projects and initiatives to make sure we continually build the best team and culture for our employees. This role will mainly hire for the Sales, Marketing and professional service roles.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SimilarWeb you will:

Lead Talent Acquisition processes:
- Partner with hiring managers in our US offices and own the recruiting process end to end.
- Conduct pre-screening and on-site interviews and coordinate interviews for the Hiring Manager.
- Utilize ATS system to post and track applicants.
- Find the best people out there by sourcing qualified candidates and creating a high-quality pipeline.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor and give your recommendations
- Own the negotiation process with final stage candidates, from offer to acceptance.
- Understand recruiting needs and design the best recruiting strategy for each position.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience, and continuously improve our talent acquisition process.
- Create and own an amazing candidate experience.
- Work as part of a global team and maintain close working relationship with the HRBP in US
- Initiate continuous improvement initiatives that support our growing US offices including referral drives, recruiting events, etc

Requirements

* Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the US *

- Bachelor’s degree- a must.
- 2-4 years of experience recruiting and working for multicultural global tech companies.
- Experience in sourcing and building pipelines for Sales, Marketing, and professional services roles
- Good knowledge of US labor law and regulations.
- Proven ability to effectively self-motivate.
- Strong focus on execution and a can do approach.
- A great communicator - both written and verbal English. A secondary language will be considered an advantage.
- A true team player who is willing and excited to contribute to our team’s and company's success.
- Detail oriented and process-driven.
