WalkMe is growing fast and we need someone who is hungry and excited about the startup space to join our team and help with the hiring plan we have for 2018. The ideal candidate will be able to identify individuals with WalkMe DNA, is passionate about constantly meeting people and figuring out what makes them tick, learning how to access a top candidate, and bringing them on board.

What will you actually be doing?
- Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance
- Manage hiring manager expectations and develop interview processes that lead to quality hires.
- Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent - out of box methods
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
- Perform initial assessments, phone and face to face interviews.
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.


- 4+ years of full cycle recruitment
- At list 2+ years' experience recruiting form a hi-tech company.
- High level experience working strategically with hiring managers to scope the ideal candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills, very comfortable doing outreach to people who are complete strangers
- A positive “do whatever it takes” attitude.
- An affinity for a strong company culture with smart teammates who care about making a huge impact.
- Team player with the highest level of integrity. This is a WalkMe core value.
- English at mother tongue level- big advantage
